Anishika Jontae | Board PRESIDENT

Born and raised in the South, Anishika Jontae has always had a passion for the arts. She began to explore her own artistic talents when she relocated to New York and became a model and actress. 

She has starred in three award winning and nominated short films and completed the acting program through the The Los Angeles City College Theatre Academy. She further developed her skills on and off the stage as an actress, stage manager, and directed a one act play. 

Now, as a writer she is currently working on two feature scripts in addition to a short. She has a wealth of experience in assisting writers, directors, producers, casting directors, and execs, providing helpful notes and input to aid in the process of developing the various projects that landed on her desk, some of which made it through the production process. 

She has worked for former top agent and Warner Media Exec, Christy Haubegger for the last 8 years and before that, she worked for writer/ director Bryan Barber. 

Her primary goal is to lighten the load of any team she is on and to ensure that the vision and purpose for each person she works with comes to fruition.
