We provide in-depth learning to empower personal growth  and further their careers by providing the following:

• Proficient knowledge of platforms: Google, Microsoft,  etc. - to insure success in the workplace

• navigating the freelance world of the industry and unions

• financial planning/ Financial Responsibility  

• better health workshops (physical and mental)

Our production cohorts are modeled after the film and television production process (with variations for music, podcast, stage, and other digital media careers)

• classroom instruction tailored to the desired union career path

• industry safety classes (department specific)

1. DEVELOPMENT

• select project through submission contest
• work with writer(s) to hone the project 
• Director training (mood boards, shot lists, character breakdowns for casting, and more)

         2. PRE-PRODUCTION

• apprentice interviews, onboarding, selection, orientation, seminars
• production mentors start, pair with apprentices
• production coordinator apprentice starts
• Apprentice Director works with storyboard artist
• Apprentice Director meets with Line Producer/UPM learn about budgeting
• Apprentice Director works with casting director
•  Apprentice Director works with production designer
• Apprentice Director works with location manager and scouts locations

Post-production is ongoing until completing:
