Littil Swayamp is an LA-based director, cinematographer, and editor whose storytelling spans continents and cultures. Born and raised in Kerala, India, he built his creative foundation working across film, comics, and post-production before relocating to Los Angeles to expand his craft.  He brings a holistic perspective to visual storytelling—grounded in both technical rigor (editing, sound, lighting) and emotional clarity—and is passionate about helping emerging creators refine their voice, sharpen their craft, and navigate the journey from vision to screen.
 

Vern brings an arsenal of experience to our mission. Vern began his journey as a production assistant.    Vern became a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA) . Today, Vern is a unit production manager (UPM) and producer on major films and television productions: The Goldbergs, Snowfall, and Justified: City Primeval.

Lamoh is a member of the Art Directors Guild and a formally trained architect with over 20 years of industry experience. His work reflects his natural acumen for bringing visions to life with minimal direction.

Taraneh Golozar (*PGA) is an accomplished Iranian filmmaker, producer, and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, CA. With a wealth of experience in narrative films, visual effects, and animation, Taraneh is a highly skilled content producer renowned for her unique and captivating perspective.

Adam brings inspiration and vision to our rising directors and camera apprentices.  As a member of Local 600 Adam knows how important union membership is to a sustainable career in the industry.  Adam's work appears across all platforms, from commercials, music videos, film, and T.V.

Ryan Nelson is a KEY GRIP based in Los Angeles California. Ryan has been an IATSE Local 80 Grip Union Member for 22 years. His Key Grip credits include Ballers, Snowfall, Justified, The Chi, and many more. Ryan also enjoys passing his grip knowledge and skills on to others. Ryan has taught numerous grip classes to students in Los Angeles and abroad. One of his favorite teaching experiences involved a three week long intensive class for seventy grip students in the Philippines.

Dustin's  background in professional film and theatrical performance spans nearly two decades. Dustin is also a published screenwriter, a skilled improvisational actor, an occasional stand-up comedian, an experienced voice-over artist,  and a vibrant TV/stage host. 

Sam Donalds is a Los Angeles based Production Sound Mixer for TV, Film, and Advertising. He specializes in location sound and audio post production such as dialogue editing, foley, and sound design. His most notable recent work can be featured in the International film ‘Harvest Moon’ in which he worked alongside his partner Evan Millard, supervising all aspects of the audio post production process.
